In Davos, within the framework of the World Economic Forum, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan met with the renowned Armenian scientist, molecular biologist and neuroscientist Ardem Patapoutian, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in 2021.

The results of the joint call for proposals launched in the framework of Armenian-Italian research cooperation have been approved.

Three new brokerage events scheduled for 2025 within the Horizon Europe program have been published on SIPAC website.

On December 12, the Higher Education and Science Committee and the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) signed a memorandum of cooperation, ensuring the continued advancement of six ongoing projects under FAST's ADVANCE Research Grants, now to be led by the Committee.

3 projects were approved for funding under the call for proposals “HESC RA - SRNSFG” for the support of joint research projects conducted by the Georgian and the Armenian research groups.
