The RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Higher Education and Science Committee

The legislative reform package developed  jointly by Investment Council of Armenia and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia was adopted at recent session of the Government  Armenia. The aim of the reform is to boost productivity of businesses mainly in two ways: to promote engagement of the high skilled professional on local labor market and to support research and development initiatives among science and business communities.

The Science Committee has launched this year's ARPI call, under which foreign researchers can submit their applications for carrying out their ambitious research projects in Armenia. Proposals may be submitted until 6pm Armenia time (UTC +4) on 26th of August.

On July 6, 2022 The COST Association in cooperation with Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Centre (SIPAC) organizes online workshop on COST Actions. The registration deadline is July 4, 2022 5:00 PM.

The Science Committee announces two fellowships: "LAURIK" - Launch Armenia Research Fellowship  and "CARIN" - Consolidate Armenia Research Fellowship. 60-month grants to be provided for the implementation of scientific research in all fields of scientific and technical activities of competitively selected scientific topics of groups initiated by a foreign scientist. The application submission deadline for the two fellowships is August 5th 2022, at 18:00 Armenia time (UTC +4). 

On Jun 1 at 12:00 Moscow time, the Russian Academy of Sciences will open online courses platform Lectorium. 10 courses of various topics will be presented, including courses in philosophy, molecular biology, climate, cybersecurity, quantum mechanics and environmental monitoring.
