On November 12, in Brussels, the Republic of Armenia and the European Union signed an agreement on the participation of the Republic of Armenia in the “Horizon Europe” Framework Program for Research and Innovation.

A new program "Bonus payments on a competitive basis for young scientists having publications in high impact factor journals" will be implemented within the framework of contractual (thematic) funding of scientific and technical activities.
